FMS School Tour
If you have a son or daughter who will be new to Forestview Middle School, it is recommended that he/she have a school tour to help set up your student for success in a new environment. 

Once this form is submitted, it will be reviewed by Susan Rioux, FMS Building Registrar. She will then contact you to officially schedule a tour.
