6th grade band: Today all trumpets, trombones and baritones have band lessons. Teams A/B the first half of 7th hour, teams C/D the second half of 7th hour. Attendance if required even if you forget your instrument. The band schedule will no longer be listed in the daily announcements but you are responsible for attending your lessons each week. All girls in the Purple group in Teams A and B will meet during the 1st half of 7th hour and all girls in the Purple group in Teams C and D will meet during the 2nd half of 7th hour. Any students who would like to join choir should come to the choir room to sign up. Boys will meet in the music classroom 1311 and girls will meet in the Choir Room. Any students who would like to join choir should come to the choir room to sign up. The deadline is this Friday. There will be an informational Equestrian (Horse) Club meeting today from 3:10-4 p.m. in Mrs. Hopperstad's room 1702. You don't have to be a horse owner to join! Students will come down during their Science class.  Order forms are available in the FMS Office and online. 6th Grade Band: Today all Flutes and Clarinets meet during their 7th hour music time, Teams A/B the first half of the 7th hour, C/D the second half of 7th hour. Friday all trumpets, trombones, and baritones have lessons. 6th Grade Choir: Boys in Teams A and B will meet during the 1st half of 7th hour in the Choir Room. Boys in Teams C and D will meet during the 2nd half of 7th hour in the Choir Room. Today the time is slightly different for 7th hour because of the Advisory Groups Schedule. 1st half of 7th hour is from 2:12-2:35 and 2nd half of 7th hour is from 2:37-3:00. Any students who would like to join choir should come to the choir room to sign up. The deadline is this Friday. Students:  Advisory class starts this Wednesday.  Every Wednesday at 8:25, you will report to your Advisory teacher.  After Advisory class has ended, you will then report to 1st period. Your Advisory teacher is listed on your printed schedule.  Remember to report to your Advisory teacher this Wednesday at 8:25. 6th Grade Band: Today all percussion have lessons at their regular band time. Tomorrow Clarinets and Flutes have lessons. Teams A and B the first half of 7th hour, Teams C and D the second half of 7th hour. 6th Grade Choir: All Choir members in Teams C and D will come to choir during the 1st half of 7th hour from 2:08-2:33. Today all girls who are in the Blue section in Teams A and B will meet during the 1st half of 7th hour from 2:08-2:33. If you didn't pick up a schedule last week check with your team teachers or come down to the choir room to find out what section you are in. If you would like to join 6th grade choir please pick up a letter in the choir room. The school store will be open every morning except Wednesdays from 8:00-8:15 and in the afternoons from 3:00-3:15.  The store will have some school supplies, snacks, and drinks. Anyone in grades 5-8 interested in student council this year should stop by the office to pick up an interest form. All past council members should also complete the form if interested in joining again this year. The form is due back to the office by Wednesday, September 12th.  Selection of new members will be done by Friday, September 14th. Attention 6th Grade Band students: Today, any saxophones and percussion who did not start over the summer will meet from 2:08-3 pm.  Regular lessons begin next week for ALL 6th grade band students beginning with all percussion and Saxophones on Monday. If you like to discuss, argue, be right, learn about the world, meet new people, compete and prepare for college and life or if you want to learn how to research, write better, speak convincingly, or become more confident, join the Brainerd Debate Team! There will be a short informational meeting today from 6:00 to 6:30 in Mr. Pritschet’s room, 2816.
